ERP SYSTEM WITH ITERATION

Aava does not make any detailed specifications with companies, but instead starts building the system right away. Since no one can think through every nuance, detail and feature of their business in advance, finding a solution by iterating is Aava's way of working.

Example of an iteration process

Aava proposes a solution that the company will try out.

The company states that this delivery will be made, but the cargo contents will only be determined in the final stages.

Good! Aava makes a change to the system and a new iteration occurs.

After testing, the customer can say that the cargo content is clear after all, but it is not yet possible to allocate it to a specific transport. It is iterated again, and the company receives the next iteration on the test server.

During the iteration process, the following is normal communication:

“Here we act a little differently.”

"That part is a little different for us."

“At this stage, the product is being processed outside the house.”

“It would be important to make this step easier and faster.”

“This information is not yet known at this stage of production.”

The benefits of an open iterative process

Increasing the effectiveness of proven operating models

The system's processes are modeled to match the way your company operates. Aava's system adapts to all of your company's processes, so you don't have to compromise on your own good practices.

The opportunity to develop your company's operating methods

Often during system projects, companies come up with improvements and changes to their previous way of working. Aava's iterative approach takes into account the company's development during the project and also models these changes into the new system. Testing and changes are Aava's way of building a fully customized system for its customers.

A truly ready-to-use system

Thanks to the iterative operating model, the company gets a working system that has already completed the entire pipeline from start to finish.

You keep control over system delivery costs

Iterations made during the project related to the original content of the project do not cost separately, as the customer pays for them in the original price of the agreed system delivery.

The system adapts to changes

System projects are usually done with the principle that once it's finished, you don't want to touch it anymore. A good system changes all the time with the company's operations, meaning it never becomes outdated.

In Aava Platform, making a change can be implemented at any stage of its lifecycle at the same cost as if it had been done right from the start. Aava's technology enables what is practically impossible with other methods. Aava's starting point is that the system is never ready, because the world never stops changing.
